About AnswrTek Services

My name is Michael Jordan (no kidding) and I'm the owner of Answrtek Services. My company is a sole proprietorship, meaning that when you are talking with me, you are talking to Answrtek. That's me in the picture above. I take pride in doing things right, delivering on time and at or under budget. We will not undertake or bid on jobs we cannot complete. Answrtek Services is the name I gave to my company I started in 1995 in Indianapolis Indiana. In 1998 I moved with my family to Tennessee and in 2000 we moved to Calhoun GA. Calhoun is located about halfway between Chattanooga TN and Atlanta GA on I-75 between exit 320 and Exit 312. Being centrally located to both areas has been a tremendous plus as we are no more than 1-2 hours away from over 9 million potential clients.

Primarily , I fix computers and work with hardware and software in providing my customers solutions for problems. If a technology solution already exists we will adapt it to your business and if not we will create a solution designed for you. I have always had a passion for computers and electronics and building with my hands and so it seemed a natural fit for me to also work in this field. I repair computers and computer networks for individuals and businesses, repair cell phones, build custom database applications, automate Microsoft Office tasks, teach technology solutions and a lot of other associated kinds of things. 

We build and maintain informational web sites and help others to learn to build and maintain their own. We also build special event websites that we will post to our own site for any length of time with no long-term contracts. I've also built custom DVR applications for security monitoring, security camera installations and worked with telephone systems. I work on almost anything internet related. 

On many products if I cannot fix it I know someone who can.
