AnswrTek Services will at its discretion, (and possible additional cost) repair or replace any defective parts as directed by you, the client. This is our promise to you.
We will work with software suppliers, vendors, hardware suppliers and other various companies on your behalf in order to resolve the problem you have with the item we are contracted to install or repair. This is our promise to you.
We will not undertake a consignment sale, repair or installation if it is not feasible to do so or if the chance making a sale, completing the project or returning the equipment in good working order to you is not acceptable.
You will not be billed for work of any kind which is not complete, except as noted in any service order, work order or contract or sales agreement that you have authorized and approved, before the work or sale was undertaken. This is our promise to you.
