Option number One is the all-in-one solution. 

	You will see these advertised on tech websites , discount and big box stores (Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Lowes, etc)  and consist of 2-4 cameras, the wiring and a control head unit (without a monitor). Usually there is no video storage and no playback capability provided. These usually are strictly DYI (Do it Yourself Installations) and costs about $175-$250.
	Option 1 is a good choice for homeowners selling a house within a year of installation. That's about how long the cameras last. One summer off 100 degree weather and one winter with a few rainstorms and the all in one solution starts needing new cameras, If you can buy them to replace them. If you can match up the wiring scheme.
	These systems are very problem ridden.

Option number Two is the Security Company installation. 

	This will be a quality installation with 2-16 cameras, a dedicated computer or DVR for playback and storage and will be comparatively expensive. This option is the one you see in businesses where an unlimited number of  cameras (wired and wireless) may be involved and the costs can be $3500-$7500 or more, depending upon the options you purchase, and the software to operate the system may be sold separately. With this option you have to become familiar with the software provided and you may incur continuing costs for training or support. Typically this takes 1-3 days to install depending upon the structure and are no maintenance installations.
	Option 2 is a good choice for businesses with a larger area to cover or for far more complex situations. Typically the installation and the hardware lasts for years without the need to maintain or replace components.
	The built in mark up on parts and installation is usually more than 300 %

Option number three is the Answrtek installation. 

	This will be a quality installation with 2-16 cameras, a dedicated computer for playback and storage and will be comparatively in-expensive. This will look and seem just like the more expensive option in Option 2, yet the cost is nowhere near what a Security company would charge to procure and install a system for you.
	With this option you still have to become familiar with the software provided and yet you do not incur continuing costs for training or support. Typically this takes 1-3 days to install depending upon the structure and are no maintenance installations.
	The cost on this type of system is typically well under $3000 (varies in costs based on options chosen).
	Option 3 is the real homeowner solution.  This kind of system can be configured to fit you budget and requires a PC that can meet the system specifications, a video capture card , the cameras, the software to run it and the installation.  The PC must have an Internet connection to download the DVR software. The DVR software can be ran in DEMO mode for free (has a DEMO tag on the pictures) or can be purchased to remove the DEMO tag. Your choice as this is a separate decision from the Answrtek Install and we make nothing on the sale of the software. It is provided free of charge.

It will look and feel just like option number 2.

	For example - You get the same kinds of cameras for around $100 that cost $250 installed by a security company.
	The 300 % markup on service and parts is removed.
	You pay a fair price on every aspect of the system.

	the number and placement of cameras
	the placement of the monitoring system
	the way the system is installed
	and almost every feature of an Answrtek system installation.

Your system can be set up to monitor from the Web, on your own internal network or from your cell phone.

Some of these options are fee based subscription services, not controlled by Answrtek Services.

You can mix and match indoor or outdoor cameras. 

All NTSC style wired cameras are supported.

IP cameras (Wireless) are supported if you can provide a normal household current power supply for the camera and have a paid version of the software. The DEMO version only allows wired camera support.

The software is free for up to four wired (4) cameras.

	Will have the DEMO tag as stated above.
	It functions 100 % the same as the paid version.

You can save images or Video files in several formats.

	Depending upon your video storage choices your system will keep from 3-30 days of video.
	The images and video produced could prove invaluable in the event you would need them for a Police or Insurance investigation.
